There’s A New Green On The Menu
Don’t let the picture fool you — the new green is not avocado, it’s cannabis! Cannabis is starting to show up on menus across the country (in states where it is legal, of course) in everything from infused butter boards to rack of lamb and dessert. Ritz Carlton, Belmond, Aman, and Four Seasons all have a common goal as they venture into the cruise business: to commandeer business from conventional charter superyachts by convincing brand loyalists their vessels will have more luxurious amenities while remaining small enough to feel exclusive.
