Restaurants Are Starting To Addresses Food Waste
Food waste is a huge problem in our industry, but daring restaurants are beginning to take serious measures to address the problem. Shuggie's Trash Pie and Natural Wine describes itself as a "climate-solutions restaurant" in San Francisco and uses upcycled ingredients in their recipes which might typically be discarded in other restaurants. Wellness continues to expand into new territories and now we have the postnatal wellness retreat.
